How to edit and manage a job quick from

1. Open a job window and scroll down until you find the Quick Form 

2. You can use the standard form to custom an individual form. Click on "Customize the input form" to edit the input fields. 

3. You can add a different format per field, e.g. number, text, dropdown, etc. And make the answer required. If you set answers as required, your workers won't be able to mark a job as completed until that the field has been filled out. 


4. Remember you can save any job card as a template. Next time when you create a job you can select the template you need and all information will be prefilled
